2025 Craft Fair

Most MLM Vendors are only allowed one representative at these types of events. We currently have the following vendors already registered.

All applications are for indoor spaces.

Applications will be taken up to a week before the event as space is available. Once registration is full, we will move to a waitlist. Wait list applicants will be notified if an opening becomes available and payment will be due immediately upon acceptance of the wait list offer. 

By purchasing a booth, I am confirming I agree to abide by the following rules at this event.

  • Any item containing THC or CBD in any form is strictly prohibited on Campus. This applies to both edible and non-edible items. Vendors selling these items will be asked to leave without a refund. 

  • The Band Boosters reserve the right to refuse ANY application without recourse.  Crafters must sell items that are handmade and not commercially made, unless otherwise approved. Items sold at home parties will only be allowed with express approval. Items not appropriate for a school setting will be removed from the fair without refund.

  • I assume responsibility for all my merchandise and personal property at all times during the craft fair.

  • I release the Francis Howell High School Band, Band Boosters, Francis Howell Middle School, Francis Howell High School, Francis Howell School District and its employees of any liability of loss, theft, damage, or claims or any kind of any merchandise or personal property.
  • All Crafters are required to leave their displays up until 3:00pm on the day of the fair. Packing and/or leaving early is unfair to other crafters as well as the consumer and lessens the overall quality of the show for all.

  • I understand that all state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicant. 

  • Crafters are responsible for bringing adequate change. We cannot guarantee that we can make change for you.

  • WiFi is available, but is not reliable. Vendors are responsible for their own internet solution. We suggest bringing your own hotspot.

  • Final details for your space will be sent to you two weeks before the show via email.  Please ensure that the correct email address is provided on the registration.  Paper letters via postal mail and individual phone calls will not be made.

  • Children MUST be accompanied/supervised by an adult. There is not adequate space to allow playpens/car seats behind your table. Be considerate of those around you.

**No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 1st, 2025.
